Frequently Asked Questions
General FAQs
Ticket Information
General Venue Information:
When do venue gates and doors open? A: The parking gate opens approximately two hours prior to show time, with venue doors opening 90 minutes before most of our concerts. Please consult your ticket or visit the Schedule page on our website to view door and show times for each event. Is there parking on site? A: Yes, there is on-site parking for 300+ vehicles, which accommodates the parking needs for most events. We encourage guests to carpool if possible. Due to space constraints, vehicle trailers are not permitted on site. How does seating work? A: All tickets are general admission. In the Bowl, bench seats and grassy areas are first-come, first-serve. If you require ADA accommodation, we encourage you to contact the venue in advance at [email protected]. Is there standing room or are all shows seated? A: While the proportion of standing room versus seated areas varies by show, we typically have room for both. If you plan to view the concert from the grassy areas in the Bowl, we encourage you to bring a lawn chair or blanket for your comfort; plastic folding chairs are also available. Feel free to contact us with specific questions about seating. What happens if there is inclement weather? A: Shows will take place rain or shine. In the case of storms or severe weather, the performance may be delayed or canceled. If lightning strikes within a 10-mile radius of the venue, guests will be directed to their cars until the storm has passed. What is your food and alcohol policy? A: Area food trucks, along with a specially curated selection of beer, wine, cider, and other beverages, will be available for purchase on site before and during the show. Outside food and drink are permitted in the parking areas - but NOT inside the venue, including the Lobby and performance areas. Drink tickets for alcoholic beverages can be purchased on site and are good for that event only. Is tailgating allowed? A: Yes. You are allowed to bring outside food and drinks into the parking areas only. For the safety of our patrons, grills are not permitted on site. No outside food or drink will be allowed past the Box Office. If you have specific dietary needs, feel free to contact us in advance at [email protected]. What am I allowed to bring into the venue? A: You are allowed to bring in chairs and blankets; however, we have bench seats and folding chairs available in most seating areas. We ask that you leave free-standing umbrellas, shade structures or tents, fireworks, firearms, glass, and weapons at home. Are pets allowed at shows? A: Service animals are permitted in the venue; however, pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Please do not bring pets and leave them in your vehicle during the show. Is the venue handicap accessible? A: Yes. However, with sloped seating and mulched pathways, non-motorized wheelchair access can be tricky. Handicap permit parking spaces are available near the Box Office for those who request them. We will also do our best to help guests get to their seats. Please contact us in advance at [email protected] with specific requests or additional questions. What are your policies concerning masking and other illness mitigation measures? A: We are sensitive to health issues and to those who wish to wear a facial covering while in a large crowd. We also recommend that symptomatic individuals wear a mask or do not attend for the safety of all. What is the ticket pricing for children? A: Children 5 and under get in free. Children 6 and over require a ticket. What is your refund policy? A: Refunds are accepted up to 30 days before an event. Service fees are NOT included. To request a refund, or to change the name(s) associated with your tickets, please email [email protected]. |
