Frequently Asked Questions
General FAQs
General Venue Information:
What are your policies concerning masking and other COVID-19 mitigation measures? A: We will once again be operating at full capacity during the 2023 season. Per CDC guidelines, vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask or socially distance. We recommend that unvaccinated individuals wear a mask and socially distance. Lime Kiln will continue to follow federal and state guidance regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. When do venue gates and doors open? A: The venue gate opens approximately two hours prior to show time, with the doors opening 1.5 hours before most of our concerts. Is there parking on site? A: Yes, there is on-site parking for 300+ vehicles, which accommodates the parking needs for most events. We encourage guests to carpool if possible. How does seating work? A: All tickets are general admission. In the Bowl, bench seats and grassy areas are first-come, first-serve. Is there standing room, or are all shows seated? A: There will be standing room in our grassy areas, but we strongly encourage you to bring a lawn chair or blanket for your comfort. What happens if there is inclement weather? A: Shows will take place rain or shine. In the case of storms or severe weather, the performance may be delayed or canceled. If lightning strikes within a 10-mile radius of the venue, guests will be directed to their cars until the storm has passed. What is your food and alcohol policy? A: Area food trucks, along with a specially curated selection of beer, wine, and cider will be available for purchase on site before and during the show. Outside food and drink is permitted in the parking areas but not inside the lobby or performance areas. Drink tickets for beer and wine can be purchased online or on site and are good for that event only. Is tailgating allowed? A: Yes. You are allowed to bring outside food and drinks into the parking areas only. No outside food or drink will be allowed past the Box Office. What am I allowed to bring into the venue? A: You are allowed to bring in chairs and blankets, however we do have bench seats and folding chairs available in most seating areas. We ask that you leave pets, free standing umbrellas, shade structures or tents, fireworks and firearms at home. Are pets allowed at shows? A: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Is the venue handicap accessible? A: Yes, however, with sloped seating and mulched pathways, non-motorized wheelchair access can be tricky. Handicap permit parking spaces are available near the Box Office for those who request them. We will do our best to help guests get to their seats. What is the ticket pricing for children? A: Children 5 and under get in free. Children 6 and over require a ticket. What is your refund policy? A: Refunds are accepted up to 30 days before an event. You may use our ticket provider, Afton Tickets, to request a refund, or to change the name(s) associated with your tickets. |
