A: Shows will take place at the nearby Lenfest Center at Washington and Lee University. We will have updates for each show on our website and ticket holders will also be notified via email.
Q: Is there standing room or are all shows seated?
A: There are 350 seats available on a first-come, first-serve basis; all other space is standing room. There is also room to bring lawn chairs if you choose.
Q: What is your food and alcohol policy?
A: We will be selling food provided by Kind Roots Cafe and alcohol provided by Devils Backbone Brewing Company and Rockbridge Vineyard. You are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the venue. However, tailgating is permitted in the parking lot.

Q: Which stage at Lime Kiln will be open this year?
A : We are only operating in The Bowl this year. We are raising funds to renovate The Kiln for future use.
Q: Is the venue handicapped accessible?
A: Not exactly. With sloped seating and mulched pathways, wheelchair accessibility is difficult. However, parking spots are reserved closer to the venue for those who request them. We will do our best to help guests get to their seats.
Q: What is the ticket pricing for children?
A: Children 4 and under get in free. Children 5 and over require a ticket. In the event that the show takes place indoors, children 4 and under that do not have a ticket must be able to sit on their parent's lap.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Up to two (2) weeks before the event, you may request a refund for your tickets. Up to 48 hours before the event, you may request a change to the names associated with your tickets. Within 48 hours of the event, no changes are allowed.
